1. What We Do

YourEverything uses AI to help you understand yourself through your digital footprint. We analyze data you explicitly authorize — such as browsing history, local files, emails, and calendar events — to generate personality insights.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account data: Email address and hashed password when you register.
  • Analysis results: The AI-generated insights (personality scores, summaries) are stored on our servers so you can view them on your dashboard.
  • OAuth tokens: If you connect Google or Microsoft accounts, we store encrypted access/refresh tokens to read your email metadata and calendar events on your behalf.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Local data: Your browsing history, local files, and notes are read by the AI client on your device and never transmitted to our servers.
  • Email content: We only access email metadata (subject, sender, date). We do not read email bodies.
  • Raw data: We never store the raw data used for analysis — only the final AI-generated results.

4. Third-Party Services

When you connect external accounts, we use:

  • Google APIs: Gmail API (metadata only) and Google Calendar API, governed by Google API Services User Data Policy.
  • Microsoft Graph API: Outlook Mail and Calendar, governed by Microsoft API Terms of Use.

5. Data Storage & Security

  • Data is stored in an encrypted SQLite database on our AWS infrastructure.
  • OAuth tokens are stored server-side and used only to fulfill your analysis requests.
  • You can disconnect any data source at any time from your dashboard, which immediately deletes the stored tokens.

6. Your Rights

  • Disconnect: Remove any connected data source at any time.
  • Delete: Contact us at privacy@youreverything.life to request full account deletion.
  • Export: Your analysis results are accessible via the dashboard.
