By using YourEverything (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YourEverything provides AI-powered personality analysis based on your digital data. The Service includes a web dashboard, an MCP server for AI clients, and optional integrations with third-party services (Google, Microsoft).

3. Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your API key and password secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to analyze data belonging to others without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service infrastructure.
• Share your API key with unauthorized third parties.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By connecting third-party accounts (Google, Microsoft), you authorize us to access the specified data on your behalf for analysis purposes only.

6. AI-Generated Content

• Analysis results are generated by AI and are for self-reflection purposes only.
• Results should not be treated as professional psychological assessments.
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated insights.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. YourEverything is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
